Email templates are used for sending automated messages to your customers.
You can connect email templates with order statuses.
After creating an account you will find three order statuses in your dashboard by default: Returned to warehouse/ Fulfilled / Unfulfilled
You can find them in Settings > Orders > Order status
Here you can add, remove and edit them.
Every new order at the store will get automatically the status New.
You can change the status in orders by going to Orders > Choose order > Status
You will find them in Settings > Notifications > Email templates. Here you can edit existing once and create new. Remember to connect each template with an action.
This connection ensures that every time you change the order status, your customer will be automatically notified about the change. You can use it to inform customers about order confirmations or delivery confirmations.
